Residents are reminded that it is illegal to leave vehicles parked on any Town road when two (2) or more inches of snow has fallen until such time as the snow has been removed. Vehicles left on Town roadways in violation of the above may be ticketed and removed at the owners' expense.
Vehicles temporarily parking at town hall during snow falls exceeding 2 ½ inches can park in the spaces closest to Main Street and Hudson Street in front of town hall and the tennis courts. Anyone parking there must provide their name, vehicle make, license plate number and telephone contact information by e-mail to Chief Hazard at [email protected]
Chief Hazard has indicated the officers will not issue any tickets to vehicles temporarily parking at town hall provided they give the information above to the town and they move their vehicles within a reasonable time when requested by the town.

Dear Resident,
First off, we would like to thank everyone for the cooperation with the parking restrictions for the paving project. I know it was inconvenient at times but it helped speed up the project.
We need your cooperation one more time to finish this project in getting the parking spots restriped:
There will be NO PARKING on the Eastbound side (odd numbered buildings) of Main Street from the Traffic Circle to Town Hall on Wednesday November 3, 2021 from 07:00 am until 5:00pm
There will be NO PARKING on the Westbound side (even numbered building) of Main Street from the Traffic Circle to Town Hall on Thursday November 4, 2021 from 07:00 am until 5:00pm.

Thank you,
Todd Hazard
Chief of Police
