Notice re: Pea Bridge Realty
Due to the website being unavailable for two days over the weekend, the written public comment period for the Pea Bridge Realty two-lot subdivision application has been extended by two additional days.
Written public comments must be received by noon on Monday, September 21, 2026.
The Building Department administers and enforces the New York State Building Code, the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Cornwall, and the code of the Town of Cornwall.
The Building Department is responsible for issuing building permits, conducting construction inspections, and investigating complaints.
- Permit applications available online and at the Building Department
- Field inspections are conducted between the hours of 9am - 12pm
- Bonafide complaints must be signed and submitted in writing.
The Building Department is responsible for conducting annual fire safety inspections of all non-residential and commercial properties within the Town.
- Fire Inspections are conducted between the hours of of 9am - 12pm.
