F.O.I.L. Requests
The Town of Cornwall Town Clerk's office handles all Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests for the Town of Cornwall.
NYS Open Government requires that most town documents are available to the public for a nominal fee of 25 cents per page.
Residents may come to the Clerk's office to fill out a form or they can simply send an email to [email protected] describing the documents they wish to view/copy. Please include your daytime phone number. Please be advised that the law allows the department five business days to respond with additional time depending on the scope of the request.
