They will begin flushing in the Town on April 6th thru the 14th and in the Village from April 15th thru April 24th. Fall Hydrant Flushing - FHWD Fall Hydrant Flushing - Firthcliffe Heights Water District Hydrant Flushing Spring 2026 FHWD the Town of New Windsor will be flushing Hydrants from May 4th until May 22nd. Annual Spring Hydrant Flushing The Water Department will perform its Annual Spring Fire Hydrant Flushing maintenance beginning April 7th thru May 3rd. They will begin flushing in the Town April 7th thru the 18th and in the Village from April 21st thru May 3rd. Firthcliffe Heights Water District Residents - Hydrant Flushing Notice The Town of New Windsor Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants on Monday, September 19, 2022 and continue through Friday, October 7, 2022. Town residents and Stewart Airport occupants as well as the Firthcliffe Heights section of Cornwall may experience some water discoloration and low water pressure during this time.
